Luna the Cat in Remission from FIP

Luna is in remission from FIP - unheard of. There's now hope
is no ordinary cat owner, and Luna is no ordinary cat. On my national
about her cat, who has been diagnosed with feline infectious peritonitis (FIP). Roberts noted that her 14- to 15-week-old Savannah cat didn’t seem to be doing well and was lethargic. The diagnosis was FIP, easily diagnosed by the fluid in Luna’s abdomen. A FIP diagnosis has always been considered fatal, so naturally, Roberts was devastated.
Today, Luna gets out and about, as few cats do
Roberts is a nurse and was involved in clinical trials in her career. She began to research and stumble upon a clinical trial launched by Dr. Niels Pedersen, professor emeritus at the University of California Davis School of Veterinary Medicine, who has long studied FIP, often funded by the Winn Feline Foundation Bria Fund. A new antiviral drug treatment was used, and Luna turned around within a few days of her treatment. Today, Luna is doing great. She is in remission; it has been well over nine months since treatment began. This is unheard of for FIP. Roberts is hopeful regarding the “C word”: a cure.
